Arts Admin
Arts Admin is my specialist area. I have been involved in the Arts as a performer and administrator for over 30 years and am able to help with all aspects in this area.

I can plan and manage tours, rehearsals, auditions and festivals - dealing with all aspects including travel and accommodation. I have experience in managing contracts, insurance and writing funding bids. I can also work as a Production Assistant.
I can act as your Access Support Worker for funding applications.

I am an experienced proof reader and as an experienced actor and singer I can help with reading scripts aloud so you can hear them in a different voice to your own.

I am also experienced as a Wellbeing Co-ordinator (Qualified and Registered Mental Health First Aider) and happy to support in this context and as an Intimacy Co-ordinator (I am not a trained Intimacy Consultant and my experience is in community theatre) I am familiar with Ita O'Brien's Intimacy on Set/Stage guidelines.

I have worked with Taking the Stage Festival, Narrative Alchemy and Regeneration Theatre.
Access Support Worker

Arts Council England (ACE) offer to pay for support workers for applicants who face barriers to applying for grants and funding.

I am one of these support workers and it is something I really enjoy doing because it is so important to remove barriers and improve equity of access.

Support is available for Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people. It is also available for people experiencing poor physical or mental health and long term health conditions. ACE don't ask for proof and consider self-ID to be valid.

ACE will pay for up 30 hours of time if you are applying for an U30K grant and up to 40 hours if you are applying for a £30k+ grant. They will also pay for up to 20 hours of time if you need to re-submit.

More information can be found on the ACE website here

My support is completely tailored to your needs, please do get in touch if you would like to discuss this further.
