Membership and Payment

1.  Small Steps Collective is a subscription service for members only

2.  Membership costs £30 per month which is non-refundable

3.  There is no minimum term for membership

4.  Should you wish to cancel your membership please email theproficientpa@gmail.com

5.   If you cancel your membership you will lose access to all included services and I will delete your record in accordance with GDPR.

6.   If you agree to sign up to Small Steps Collective you will receive a contract outlining these terms and conditions to sign and return and a copy will be provided for your own records.

 

Confidentiality

7.   Small Steps Collective is a safe space where members can share ideas, problems and projects without fear of ridicule, dismissal or ideas being poached by others.  Collaboration and support is encouraged but plagiarism is strictly forbidden.

8.   Any and all ideas brought to Small Steps Collective belong solely to their creator 

9.   Anything discussed or shared in Small Steps Collective must remain confidential unless specifically stated otherwise. 

10. You agree to hold all discussions, materials, and personal disclosures from other participants in complete confidence. This is not negotiable — the integrity of the group depends on it.

11. Small Steps Collective is not therapy or coaching, it is an accountability support network designed to encourage progress towards personal or professional goals with gentle support and kindness.

Materials

 

12. All materials, discussions, and content shared within Small Steps Collective are for your personal, educational use. You determine what practices and approaches work best for you. Nothing here constitutes a guarantee of specific results.

13. All content, recordings, and materials created or shared as part of this experience remain the property of The Proficient PA/Small Steps Collective. Nothing may be shared, reproduced, or made public outside of the experience without written permission.

14. From time to time, I may use anonymised participant comments, reflections, or feedback in our communications and marketing. Your identity will never be revealed without your explicit written consent.

 

Sessions and Attendance

 

15.  By participating, you take full responsibility for how you show up — in sessions, in the WhatsApp community, and in the decisions you make as a result of your participation. This includes any and all decisions relating to your personal life, relationships, career, finances, health, or wellbeing.

16. It is your responsibility to attend sessions at the agreed time, to check the WhatsApp group and emails regularly, and to engage openly and honestly when you do.

17. If you are unable to attend a session, that session is forfeited. Sessions cannot be rescheduled for individual participants. If circumstances arise that significantly affect your ability to participate, please reach out to me directly and I will do my best to support you.

18. In exceptional circumstances, I may need to reschedule or adjust a session. I will always communicate this as early as possible and make every reasonable effort to find a time that works for the group.

19. The confirmed start date is as advertised. I reserve the right to adjust this in exceptional circumstances, and will notify all participants via email if this becomes necessary.

 

Conduct and Community

 

20. I hold high standards for how participants show up with one another. If your behaviour is disruptive, or causes offence, distress, or harm to any other participant, you may be removed from sessions and/or the group. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

21. This is a private, confidential and respectful space. Treat it — and everyone in it — accordingly.

 

Liability

 

22. The Proficient PA as creator of Small Steps Collective and all its representatives disclaim liability for any personal loss, harm, or risk incurred directly or indirectly as a result of your participation in this experience or your use of the information provided.

23. I will always make every effort to deliver the experience as described. However, I cannot be held liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, technical failure, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, I will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule or continue delivery of the experience.

 

Governing Law

 

24. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
