Terms and Conditions
Quick Win Sessions are one-off sessions clients can use if they aren't able to commit to having regular hours with me.
The session is 90 minutes long and must be used in one go.
Any remaining time cannot be carried over or refunded
If any changes are needed to the work done this will be billed separately at my regular rate.
Sessions can ONLY be re-scheduled once by the client unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Should I need to cancel a Quick Win Session it will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
The session costs £45 which must be paid in advance
Refunds are not available for these sessions.
Clients can book Quick Win Sessions a maximum of twice a year
Quick Win Sessions are not permitted to be a subsitute for an ongoing booking or contract.
Quick Win Sessions can be used for any aspect my work except Small Steps Collective
Quick Win Sessions have limited availability
I reserve the right to withdraw this service at any time
